Greetings from the front lines of the digital revolution.
What has Reel Stuff Entertainment gotten itself into lately? Well, on the heels of delivering the 15-episode original series “Living Tomorrow” to The Discovery Channel in 2007, we have produced a segment for this year’s annual “America’s Scariest Halloween Attractions” special on The Travel Channel.
Working with the L.A.-based media company Spotrunner, Reel Stuff produced all 21 installments of the Lawyers.Com “Life-Changing Events” series of web videos, featuring Legal Editor Alan Kopit as host. You wanna know when you might need a lawyer? This is the series to check out. Also in the Spotrunner universe, we recently interviewed former New Jersey Senator and presidential candidate Bill Bradley about the impact Spotrunner’s political ads will have on present and future campaigns.
And in the midst of all this, we continue to work with TurnHere.Com, producing several videos a week for the likes of Citysearch.Com and Yellowpages.Com. We also continue to do realtor and neighborhood profile videos for Weichert Realty. In fact, we were the TurnHere poster boys in a recent article on the company that ran in Fortune Magazine. For the record - and you trivia buffs take note - the picture was snapped Memorial Day Weekend, 2008, in Coney Island.
Last, but not least, we also produced a series of travel videos for a new NBC Universal venture called Travelskoot, which features 30-second “mini-docs” about such landmarks as the Liberty Bell and the Betsy Ross house.
Keep checking back for more news as Reel Stuff heads into the holiday season and on to the new year!
